Therapy won't help unfortunately. I was in a motorcycle accident and had nerve damage to my shoulder. Also, I was in a halo for three months due to a broken neck and the shoulder muscled atrophied because I couldn't move my arm around. Multiple doctors and therapists have told me that it can't come back. The muscle is gone…

Yep. I'm 5' and currently 127 lbs. I feel like I look huge because the weight can't get distributed very much when you lack height. I will be happy when I reach around 115 lbs. That sounds low, but on my frame, it's really not!

I'm not sure how old your children are, but during family time, could you all do an active family activity together? Go to the park and throw a frisbee around, take a bike ride, go swimming, etc. Kind of killing two birds with one stone?

How about some sort of reward system for when she does eat other foods? I will fully admit sometimes I bribe my 2.5 year old son to finish his plate by promising ice cream etc. It does usually work. Sorry to hear you are going through this. I know my local YMCA has a program that can help pay for your membership if you meet certain requirements. That might be worth checking into. Mine also offers free child care while you work out.

I get the Kraft blue box kind, but I make it with skim milk and only a tsp. of butter. It's still bad, but one serving is about 290 calories. Good for a fix now and then.

I munch on either Rold Gold Thins or Herr's baked chips each night. They aren't that bad, both around 120 calories per serving. The sodium is probably high, but still better than Cheez Its.
