Unfortuneately, I have to take out a home equity loan to buy it, but if it works for you....

Just read the reviews on the beachbody site. It seems everyone is giving it only one star for the taste (I guess they changed their formula). Geez, that doesn't inspire confidence. I don't expect it to taste like a decendent chocolate milkshake, but it seems people really HATE the new formula.

By the way, if your a beachbody coach, I mean no offense. I think you do great work and are definitely supportive in helping others with their fitness goals. I just would like to get 3rd party opinion from someone not affiliated with beachbody, that all.

They claim it has all this stuff in it that is going to detox you and help you lose weight and give you energy, etc. I looked at some reviews online, but many of the ones that tout how "great" it is, are affiliated with beachbody in some way. Wanted to get a broader opinion on it from people that are not "beachbody…

Its this meal replacement shake sold by beachbody. They claim it is the best thing since sliced bread and that if you drink it daily all the pretty women are going to come over your house half naked and bring free beer. Seriously though, it looks like a glorified superfood, but they want $120.00 for a 30 day supply!! WTF!…

Peanut butter.....definitely peanut butter

I'm 5'4 and would like to get down to 170 lbs. I found that to be a "reasonable" weight. The freakin' BMI calculator says I should be in the 130's. Yeah, right......
-
I think treadmill is right up there, but I personally prefer the elliptical.

I'm a big fan of the skinny cow. The mint ice cream sandwiches are to die for! Also, the new chocolate bars and peanut clusters are excellent as well.

It happens from time to time. Don't be too hard on yourself. One binge isn't going to undo all the good that you have done for yourself. Just shrug it off and start a new day.

I like it in my coffee or on my cereal. When I first started using it, I definately noticed an aftertaste. Now I am so used to it, I don't notice it anymore. Will never go back to sugar...

It's your birthday. Splurg a little. Just exercise a little extra if your feeling guilty about it.

You can drink too much water. You have to drink alot, but you can flush out your electrolytes and could end up going to the hospital. I know this for a fact because I have an I/M at work that does it all the time and has come close to death on more than one occasion. But it is ALOT of water.

If you are not getting enough fiber in your day, should you add something like benefiber to make up the difference?

I'm a big skinny cow fan, but what ends up in my log most of the time is Marino's Cherry Italian Ice. Not exactly healthy, but it is my weakness snack wise.
-
I like mine grilled with mayo, ketchup and melted cheese.

I don't know. I tried it a few times and found it a waste of money. Didn't really get all that "energy" that they promised.
