Hi Guys, I'm a newbie, so I hope its ok to post here. I completed Week 1 and thought it went pretty well, I was proud of myself...that is unti Week2Day1, I thought I was gonna die! SW: 216.2 3/20: 212.4 3/27: 210.8 4/3: 211.6 4/10: 209.8 Total lost of 6.4 pounds. I didn't hit my 10 pound goal. But I'm okay with being 6 pounds lighter!

I so agree with you, I would love to be a pear shape versus and apple. To me it just looks better even with added weight. And keep up the good work, you look fabulous! You give us apples some hope. :)

Ok so I weighed myself this morning and it said 211. But my morning weight is usually 1-2 pounds lighter than what I weigh later in the day. So, I'll say 211 for now and come back this evening to update. **fingers crossed** Congrats to all who lost!!

Ok, so I bought a scale today as my old one died. So, I needed to edit my weight. My current weight is 216.2 and not 223 as I originally posted. My goal is to lose 10 pounds during this challenge so that would put me a 206 for my 4 week goal. I don't know how to edit so I decided to just reply to my post.
