  • Getting fit before a pregnancy is a great idea for you and your future baby. If you are working out and toning up, all of that will help you during the pregnancy and bouncing back after. I would ignore whoever is telling you it is pointless.
  • I was frustrated too. Only three lbs. lost in 30 days, but once I measured I had an overall loss of 6 inches. If you are feeling more slender and the clothes are fitting looser, you are on the right track-regardless of the stubborn scale. Keep moving forward and I have to believe you will see a change in those numbers.

  • 4lbs in two and a half weeks is awesome. I have been doing this for two weeks now heading into my third and I am only down 1/2 a lb. overall, but have lost inches now. So, way to go is the what I am telling you! Don't get discouraged-you are on the right path!

  • I had no idea I was actually suppose to eat all of those extra calories earned from exercise. Though, I am genuinely not hungry for more food as I eat five small meals a day, so I never really feel empty.
