I feel the same way. At the end of the week, I tried to kick it up a notch. Now I know I can do more & I am going to do it.

I tried wieght watchers on line for 5 minutes. Canceled. For me this is the best. You can eat what you want as long as you maintain your calories count. This will help you make better decision & choice about what you consume. You will learn how to make better choice & the support here is fantastic.

Depending on your schedule. Make a plan that is accommodating for you. Drink plenty of water. Take yourself food shopping and buy healthy snacks...skinny cow ice cream , veggie chips, fruits. Have patience with yourself.

You need to eat all your calories. When you exercise you are burning calories u will need to consume or your body will store fat. Do eat up. You will be surprised, that not eating enough causes weight gain.
