Hello MFP friends! I just started using My Fitness Pal and I am very excited to have discovered it. I am a Nutrition major at Texas Tech University and have learned methods to tracking my daily eating and exercise habits but never could remain interested in continuing with my logs. Now, with the the use of MFP I can effectively use my phone to log my meals and work outs using the scanner option from my camera. It is so easy and useful! I currently have a normal-healthy BMI, but intend on cutting more fat and being consistent with my eating habits. I have found that logging meals and workouts motivate me to continue in the right path to a healthy lifestyle, thanks MFP!
