I have a negative -455 on my exercise. What does that mean? and the negative net?

If you've exercised, you've basically burned more calories than you've eaten today. Everyone around here will suggest your net number to be around 1200, but I think it depends on the person. I do anywhere between 1100 and 1400 net. You should eat back those calories that you burned exercising, because MFP already creates a calorie deficit for you.0

You need to eat all your calories. When you exercise you are burning calories u will need to consume or your body will store fat. Do eat up. You will be surprised, that not eating enough causes weight gain.0
