We have had the original Covid shots, 4 total, and the bivalent booster that was out a year ago. Will probably get the new booster when available since both over 70 & I have asthma. Sometimes I wonder if they are worth it, I had Covid in Jan '22 and again in March '23. Neither case that bad, but did get Paxlovid in March.…

I agree..no ketchup on meatloaf. But Dd mixes ketchup & brown sugar & puts that on top. That is good, even tho I don’t like ketchup.

As long as I don't snack after supper, I am pretty much on 16/8 because I don't eat breakfast until I have done my treadmill & exercises. So usually eating about 10 am & supper by 6. Not sure if it is helping me or not, lol.

Dh had sore throat, etc last week & tested 3 days all negative. I started cold symptoms Mon night & by Wed I tested positive. We have gotten free ones from the pharmacy (guess Medicare or ins covers them) & they have put a label over the old date & updated them.

Dd was sick last month & Dr was sure she had Covid. The Dr said the home tests are not as accurate for the new strain. Anyway had PCR & was negative, so 🤷‍♀️.

Most of our family have had it except gs here & gd in OK. (Of course, she is rarely without a mask…lol)
