  • I have a few questions if you don't mind me asking. So far, in 2023, how many days were you actively trying to lose weight? Second question, how many times in 2023 did you weigh yourself? For example, I "actively" tried to lose weight 50-100 days, weighed myself maybe 340 times and I lost 5 kilograms.
  • No. Weight loss is a very personal journey, and having people who post now and then or go quiet for a while aren't particularly useful.

  • Funny thing is that 2/3 of married people want their spouse to lose weight (I just searched for a link to that number but can't find it, if I ever find it again I'll post the link). It roughly corresponds to the percentage of overweight people in the population.

  • Another daily weigher here. I once went a few months or so without weighing since I was tracking my intake. After deciding to weigh myself and seeing that I'd only lost a few kilograms I decided to go back to daily weighing.
