i felt quite bad today.. I took a serious look at mfp list of friends & deleted quite a few.. I couldn't in all honesty keep up with the amount I had.. I had to bring it down to a more manageable level. It's nothing personal.. If I deleted any of you guys..

lets celebrate 1 pound at a time
I was just thinking, how about celebrating losing 1 pound at a time. sometimes if we have a lot to lose like myself, it can appear too much of an effort. But if I celebrate each & every pound. I t will motivate me to lose the next pound.... and the next.... What do you think?? Are you in?........

logged in for 35 days & no weight loss?? What am i doing wrong?
Weigh day today & I am disappointed :'( Scales haven't budged. I have been pretty good with the calories. I was doing 1200 & then I up it to 1350, thinking I wasn't eating enough. Any suggestions as to what im doing wrong?

Recipes
A simple but tasty broth ( soup) Leeks, carrots, parsnips, onion, kale. All chopped & thrown into a big pan. Salt & people. A tiny bit of oil to sweat the veggies. After 5 mins or so add some lentils or broth mixture. Some stock cubes, water & let it cook. I also add chilli & a touch of lime. Hope u enjoy it
