Finding it hard to drink water
Is it just me or is it hard to just drink water on it’s own? I know I need to drink 8 glasses a day. I can hardly manage one. What’s the secret? What helps you?

I thought with everything that’s going on on the world it would be a good distraction for us to say No to things that make us feel bad or u healthy. So this November I’m saying no to junk food. Stiffness
So what’s going on with me & my body? I’m getting pain constantly & to make matters worse I’m aware of how stiff my overall body feels. Getting down on the floor & up again is very painful. I know I still have at least 2/3 stone to lose & im committed to losing that. Any suggestions on how else to deal with this would be…

Dealing with pain
So I woke up a few days ago & my back was in agony. I went to tuina ( Chinese acupressure massage) excruciatingly painful. She told me I slightly put my hip joint out.. the pain in mainly in my right shoulder blade area & down my arm to my elbow. Anyone got any tips to ease the pain?

Challenges

Goals for Summer
my goal for summer I want to be a dress size smaller I'm UK size 18 ( goal size 16 or less) To up my daily steps to 10k ( I average 7k at the moment) What's are your goals?

Body blade
I've just bought a body blade from Qvc.. It's a great little workout tool.. Has anyone else got one? If so how have you found it.. A friend of mine bought one & she has gone down a few dress sizes in a few months..

recipe sharing
Any nice recipes that we can share with each other. I do a nice sweet baked potato serve it with a small amount of goats cheese ( break into tiny pieces. A little harrisa dressing & serve with rocket.. Delicious!! ( around 250 cals)
