Walking off the weight

I've just been reading an article that says walking is the Magic pill that will change your (my) life.... It suggest 30 mins a day...... Walking or going to the gym? Very interesting

That's good to know. I hurt my back and walking is all the workouts I can do for a while.0

I'm a professional dog walker, walk about 4 hours a day, and still fat. Used to be a wilderness guide and did about 6 hours of strenuous walking carrying a pack daily- gained weight doing that too. I'm sure i'm a much healthier fat person than I would be otherwise, though.0

That's interesting. From what u say it doesn't work for everyone. But as u said u r healthier. And that's a positive.0
