How do I get the butt of my dreams?
What kind of work outs are most effective and at what weights and reps and sets? I use the adductor machine at the gym and the leg press and have seen results, but I hear machines are nowhere near as effective as free weights. I'm a total newbie when it comes to weight training! Healthy substitute for cream?
I use cream as a base for many of my sauces but it's so high in fat and I always go way over! Do any of you guys know a healthy substitute that is still delicious to use? I love serving sauce with most of my dishes be it chicken or fish and spice it up with herbs and spices and veggies.
