How to stay motivated - 1 yr dry spell

I've been on this journey for about a year now but the scale hasn't moved much for about 6 months. I haven't been going as hard as I can with my training, although I have managed to cut down my sugar a lot. I don't feel motivated to get through a satisfying work out! I went to the gym yesterday and only worked out for 15 mins. I want to be able to reach my goal of a 25 lb loss (already lost 37 lbs) by NYE but it doesn't seem possible at the rate I am going now. How do you keep the mental will power to do what you need to do to reach your goals?
