So I have lost about 35 lbs and have gone down a cup size, I have another 26 or so to lose and I would like to prevent as much shrinkage as possible!

Have any of you ladies found any EFFECTIVE work outs that have lessened the shrinkage and helped maintain a perky shape? I am expecting that I will go down another cup size, but I'd like to firm up as much as possible.

Any tips or tricks welcome!!

Breasts are made of breast tissue and fat. As you lose body fat, you're going to lose some from your breasts. You can work your pecs, the muscles under your breasts, but it's not going to firm up your breasts or maintain/increase cup size.

No spot fat loss, no spot fat retention.

Don't you have to get breast implants replaced every 10 years? That's a lot of money to be spending on breasts in my life, or else I would probably do it.

Only way to get them bigger. Otherwise start enjoying your current chest.
