Do any of you guys have recipes for healthy yummy home made sauces? I usually use cream or coconut cream as a base and although it is delicious. It always makes me go waaayy over my calories. What is a good substitute for cream?

Plain Greek yogurt works for me for a lot of sauces.

depends on the sauce... I've got a couple of great recipes that substitute sour cream, small amounts of reduced fat cream cheese work well as a thickener. If you need to add texture a corn starch/water slurry works well in asian cuisines, but it will make the sauce somewhat "slimy" (think sweet and sour chicken). Greek yogurt or plain regular yogurt also work for me.
