Looking for a 4 day split
Any advice on a good 4 day beginner/novice (lifting less than a year) split that includes glutes? I'm having a hard time finding something / designing something myself.

Sodium in Frozen Shrimp
Has anyone ever noticed the INSANE amount of sodium in frozen (cooked or raw) shrimp? So far, the lowest I've found is the wild Argentinian red shrimp from Trader Joe's (160 mg per serving) Anyone know of any other brands?
