Cute (but good) Hiking Shoes?

So I've recently taken up hiking, but I'm finding that my usual sneakers, while okay on moderate hikes, are kind of slippery for rock scrambling and the like.

Any suggestions for good hiking shoes ? (Preferably cute ones!)

Solomon has cute colorful trail runners. Look at REI's website, I'm sure you'll see lots of things.
