Has anyone ever noticed the INSANE amount of sodium in frozen (cooked or raw) shrimp?
So far, the lowest I've found is the wild Argentinian red shrimp from Trader Joe's (160 mg per serving)
Anyone know of any other brands?

possibly.
depends on where you are.
Best ones don't have a brand.0 -
It's from the ice coating that the put on them to keep them separate. You can rinse most of that off before cooking them and it will remove almost all of that sodium.0
