Actually quite impressive. I just had some for dinner with steamed vegetables. Crispy Tofu Coat in cornstarch and fry in medium or high smoke point oil. Or bake. Season with soy sauce or Tamari. There are numerous recipes on the Internet. I found it to be delicious!
