Yep.
I'm back to eating the way I used to eat ... exercising the way I used to exercise ... and thus I'm back to the weight I used to be too. It's good to get back to the old habits.1 -

It helps to create new habits so a healthy lifestyle becomes routine!0

I think that's part of the problem of diets. We consider them a short term fix, never dreaming that a diet should actually prepare you for a lifetime of watching calories and taking more exercise. Those old habits have to be scrutinised and if they don't pass muster - ditch them.0
