I want to delete foods from "my foods" but don't know how to. Thanks in advance for any advice.

MFP only reports cardio
I have noticed that only cardio is being reported about members. I seldom do a cardio session but I workout with weights about 5 hours a week and only fo 5 min cardio to warm up first. This makes the reports quite false and makes it look like people like me do very little exercise.

Split weight sessions
Do you do split weight sessions? I have always done a combination of upper and lower body weights in each session but have been told to do upper one session and lower another session. I find my arms can only lift so much before they give up even though I still have a lot of energy left. The legs can cope with this though.…

Rope slams
has anyone tried using the ropes at a gym. I have watched guys using them and thought I would love to have a go, so I asked a trainer to show me how and no w I love them, they are heavy but I get an all over workout including cardio.

Holiday

Body & soul revolution
Has any body done the b&s revolution program in australia? i did two sessions and got to my goal weight but have put on 2kg but have lacked motivation since. Today I have dugout all the info on the program and want to start again, it would be great to contact somebody in the same position as I do miss the forums.

Boredom eating
Is anybody else find it hard to not snack at night. I eat healthily all day but can't resist snacking on biscuits or chocolate in the evenings. I know if I don't that the last 2kg will come off easily but I still snack and then beat myself up about it.
