Calling all those who have logged breastfeeding!
How did untouched do it? When I add "breastfeeding, -500 cals" to my log it doesn't change anything at all. So I added in manually 500 cal to my goal calories, but then do I need to add it under exercise instead? What would you do?

Do you weigh items that are prepackaged? For example, I eat clif protein bars-serving size per individually wrapped bar is 68g and 250cal, 10g protein. But, the bar is really 73g and 268 cals! Weighing and meal prepping question??
So, I'm new to meal prepping and I was wondering. When you meal prep a bulk of shredded chicken, how do you weigh it? Since most of the meats are suppose to be weighed raw. Is there some easy conversion or.....? There's a lot of conflicting entries in the food summary! Thank you!
