Weighing and meal prepping question??

So, I'm new to meal prepping and I was wondering. When you meal prep a bulk of shredded chicken, how do you weigh it? Since most of the meats are suppose to be weighed raw. Is there some easy conversion or.....? There's a lot of conflicting entries in the food summary! Thank you!

I weigh it raw and log it by percentage. So if I'm making a pound of chicken and I use it for four servings, each time I have it I log "chicken breast, raw, 4oz."0

I usually scan the bar code and I use a scale to weight the food.. Like Avskk said if I have a meal I add everything that's in the recipe weigh it out as I divide it up.. Read labels... Not all cheese/veges/milk/meats are the same nutritional value across rands so read labels and pay attention to measurements0
