Ive been using myfitnesspal for awhile now. I lost a lot of weight but recently put some back on. I would love to get some advice in starting Keto. Ive read forums in several sites but i figured i would get the best answers from my myfitnesspal family.

MFP calories and exercise calories HELP!
I am trying to reach my goal weight but i think i plateaued. MFP has me at 1870 calories a day to eat, however i burn 1000 calories between the cardio machines a hit for a good amount of time at the gym. Do i eat the whole 1000 calories back? Please help. I want to reach my goal. Thank you.

Hello all, i work a retail job and gp to the gym 7 days a week for strength and cardio training. Having two days off a week, im curious if i should change my activity level on those days rven though im still at the gym. Thoughts? Thank you in advance.

The right granola to eat
Ok, im obsessed with granola and greek yogurt since i starfed dieting but im concerned because of the sugar. It doesnt sau sugar anywhere in the ingredient list. I recently added one tablespoon of honey to my green tea. It contains 16 g of sugar and 17 g of carbs. Is this OK for me to do so or should I refrain from it due to the high sugar content?
