Hello all, i work a retail job and gp to the gym 7 days a week for strength and cardio training. Having two days off a week, im curious if i should change my activity level on those days rven though im still at the gym. Thoughts? Thank you in advance.

Exercise isn't part of your activity setting on here so that's irrelevant. That's why you log it separately and get a calorie estimate for what you burned.
Activity setting is just a vague overall average estimate of your job & lifestyle. Doesn't need to be micro managed.0
