hi was just wondering if anyone could help me with choosing something low calorie when I'm out meeting friends in costa coffee? Help am I only allowed to eat 500 calories?
Hello just wondered if there was a bug on MFP as I changed my goal to losing 2lb a week and it says I'm only allowed to eat 500cals a day! I am 5ft and currently weigh 138lb and my goal is 125lb.
