I'm really tired of not having a net carb category.... I know, I know, just subtract the fiber from the carbs to get your net carbs for the day. I went in to look at my goals while on my laptop, which I never get on anymore and to adjust my starting weight. I notice a column I never see on my phone when looking at my goals. ... WHY CAN'T they add a "net carb" category???? Just venting
I dont see why, when so many people have indicated they would like a net carb category added to the nutrition values, that MFP just won't do it! I know..... WHY can't a net carb category be added?
I know it's easy to subtract the fiber from your daily carb value to figure out your net carbs BUT It freaks me out to see the dang negative carbs when it thinks I've gone over. It's psychological I guess. GRRRRR....just had to vent, thanks!
