Hi all
I'm new to MFP , I've decided to get myself back into some sort of better shape after a few years of lots of stress in our family. I'm about to turn 56 and am absolutely miserable with my current weight and body, not to mention I am a cancer survivor and think I really should be taking better care of myself. I bought a Reboundair a couple of years ago and I just love it! I LOVE music and dancing so I put my headphones on, turn up the music and just go! At first I did it a lot and then our lives began to be one chaotic stress after another and I let myself go physically. SO....I bought myself a Jawbone up24 a month ago and I am determined to get myself in a healthier shape again. I have been doing a good job of getting my steps and have also begun rebounding again, along with eating healthier. My question after all that, is how should I be logging rebounding? As dance? Jogging? Aerobics? I wish they would add it into the exercise choices. Thanks for any help in advance.
