High carb
I've just started IIFYM and have a good amount of carbs left but am okay on my fat and protein. What can I eat, I know going over on fat/protein doesn't matter much but if rather not by too much

Too much fat in my diet
ive recently started IIFYM (if it fits your macros) but whilst I'm able to hit carbs and protein most days I'm always over on fat by at least half my allowance, I don't feel like I want to lessen my carbs/protein to allow for this extra fat as I feel these allowances work for me

Small successes
haven't got a big success story for you, I started my fitness journey in February, cardio then some weight training made its way in a month later and I started yoga a month ago. Baby steps in all fields but today I held crow pose in yoga, strength is paying off

Any yoga newbies?
ive just started yoga, and am loving it looking for some more challenging poses/routines other than your standard child's pose, bridge downward facing dog ect, maybe more balance, and arms, I can't do handstands or anything like that yet though.
