i need easy soup ideas, ideally only making 1-2 servings, with 250-300 calories per serving? Any ideas are welcomed, I just need to start making my own

I literally just cooked a mix of non-starchy vegies in spices and a little butter, simmered in water, then whizzed up with a few nuts in the blender til smooth. I crumbled some meatballs in to it for protein... Yum!

    Spices - Salt, table, 1 dash 0 0 0 0 0 0
    Onions - Raw, 35 g(s) 15 4 0 0 0 0
    Aldi - Oakhurst - Gammon Joint, 18 g 34 1 1 4 0 0
    Spices, pepper, black, 0.5 tsp, ground 3 1 0 0 0 0
    Knorr - Ham Stock Cube, 0.2 cube 7 1 1 0 0 0
Lentils - Red Lentils, 50 gram

I made lentil and bacon soup last night. I used 5 x this amount as I made 5 servings but it was lovely. It freezes well so I now have 4 quick lunches for next week as well :)

    Basically anything on this list.

Soup is one of the easiest things to make. Not sure why you want to only make 1 or 2 servings though. You're better off cooking a whole batch and then freezing the rest for later.

I've made a large batch today I'm just looking for ideas to try out in small amounts as I've run out of room to freeze right now
