Progress reminder!!!

Remember to take pictures of your progress, even if you think nothing's changed. I've been working out/lifting for two months and was starting to lose hope as I saw no change. I remembered I had taken a picture one/two weeks in so decided to take another and compare hoping for motivation. Here are the two pictures.

    I can see a difference in your thighs. Because of you wearing a sweater in the second picture can't see a difference there but you can see it in your thighs. Great job so far, Keep it up. And thanks for the reminder on taking pictures, I'll be taking another one on Friday. To compare myself.
