Lunchtime workout advice
Any advice on how to go back to work after a workout and not continuously sweat? I tried yesterday by showering and making sure I dried completely but it didnt seem to do anything. I may have to avoid these in the future but was hoping anyone had a secret to share

How long do you eat before a workout?
I know it more so depends on what you eat, and theres the whole 30 min before you swim saying. But how long do you have lunch or a snack before you workout and what does it usually consist of? I am wondering because I am not hungry now but will be in 2 hours and for lunch I have a salad with grilled chicken.

Sauna...friend or foe?
