This morning as an example I lifted weights for 30:15 and according to iCardio burned 385 calories with a HR between 100 and 140. A:42, S:M, H:6'0", W:124.5kg, BMI:37.5. I'm hoping to loose around 1.5lb/W. But include a lot of Resistance in my routine. How does that affect the number on the scale? Fat reduction combined with muscle increase. Does it slow down the number you see on the scales?

I do not eat before or during my 90 min exercise in the morning. I believe that I burn around 1000cal each session and the objective is that my body funds this from Stored Energy as opposed to from Breakfast. ACCURATE? Of course I consume a ton of water. Can anyone tell me why this app does not calculate resistance training G as a count to you calories burn? I was told resistance is crucial for weight loss
