Hi,
Researching some candidates for variation, I stumbled upon Freeletics. Checking out some YouTube vids, it looks like it delivers impressive results, especially 30 week and 45week cycles.
Currently (for the past 12 months), I train 5 days per week, 2.5 hours a day. Looking to invest 30 minute time-slice into something more challenging than Swimming, Heavy Lifting, 5km Run and StairMaster.

Reading along. Though it looks like the guy at the bottom image is sucking in his stomach and is standing more upright in the after photo. Still good results.0
