Good morning! Does anyone take Zoloft or any other SSRI, if so, when you started it did it caught weight gain? And did you gain weight even with diet and exercise?

Why such low blood ketones?

Ramen flavor packet?
So I'm getting back into Keto and someone told me they use the ramen seasoning in warm water for sodium. Does anyone know the nutritional info on just the packet? (Chicken flavor) I keep seeing dif things. Some say 0 carbs, some say 13 carbs. Grr!! I hope it wasn't 13 carbs!!!

Exercise? Thoughts?
I work out 4-5 days a week. Some strength training, some cardio, sometimes both in the same night, sometimes not that much. The owner of the gym said tonight "if you don't eat healthy carbs, your body will burn muscle because you don't have carbs to burn". I eat around 20 total carbs a day. I've never heard that before.…

Snack ideas?
Ok...so everyday at work around 10am I get so hungry and my lunch isn't until 11:30. I was eating pickles but they don't fill me up at all.. Plus I'm trying to really get my total carbs to 25-30. Anyone have any ideas for a quick, no/low carb, filling snack?

Ketone strips
Ughhhh! So last week I was doing low carb (about 50g). This week I started 20-25g. Why isn't my ketone strip purple yet? Lol. It's a dark pink but I can't get out of "moderate" does it take a little longer? It's annoying me bc I'm barely eating any carbs

Ugh! Feeling it today :(
So the last 2 weeks I did low carb..around 40-50g of carbs. This week I'm doing 25(net) and I'm sooo exhausted and weak. I'm not gonna give in but please tell me this won't last much longer. Ughhhhhh is it 3pm yet?!

How many grams of fat with low carb?
I'm doing low carb-usually under 50-60g a day. I'm wondering how many grams of fat j should be eating with that? Also I can't seem to eat more that 1200 cals, but I burn 500-1000 at the gym..will I really go into starvation mode?
