With a 1300 calorie diet daily goal with the exception of exercise room, plus the most cleaning I've ever done in my life and roughly an hour daily at the gym, I'm STILL maintaining, if not gaining a bit of weight?! My BMI hasn't changed much either... What's going on? It's been 3-4 weeks already!

Oatmeal!!
I'm considering baking some oatmeal breakfast bars this upcoming week for breakfast. I've got some fruits I'd like to top it off with (raspberries, blueberries and bananas!), but does anyone else have some input as to how I can better improve this recipe nutrition and taste-wise? :)

Struggling to lose 10!
I'd really appreciate it if my body would just shave these ten pounds off, but it seems if anything, I've gained two and there's nothing I can do!
