With a 1300 calorie diet daily goal with the exception of exercise room, plus the most cleaning I've ever done in my life and roughly an hour daily at the gym, I'm STILL maintaining, if not gaining a bit of weight?! My BMI hasn't changed much either... What's going on? It's been 3-4 weeks already!

Do you have a food scale? Are you measuring your foods accurately?

    Looking at your diary:

Are you using a food scale at all?
"Homemade - Berry Baked Oatmeal" <- Is this your own recipe that you know the exact ingredients for or is it something you just grabbed from the database?
I see your eating all your exercise calories back. How are you determining these burns?

    checked your diary

you use cups and servings sizes too and those can be wayyyyyyy off
Plus you eat all your exercise back

so my guess is logging inaccuracy
Try to tighten up your logging and only eat 50% of your exercise calories back.... do this for some weeks and see how it goes

but i am pretty sure you eat more than you think/log...without you knowing it.
