Losing steps aftwr syncing when switching trackers
I have on tracker I where to work and amother newer one for casual and sometimes when I sync them to switch I loose the steps for the day and go back to the lesser one. I update the current one first which usually brings the other one to match when I sync it but occasionally it works backwards. Does anyone know of a good…

My MIL who is a diet and and health food junkie tells me you shouldn't have any food with your Protein shake it won't work if you do. She says it is mean to be a meal replacement. starting my day with pushups and squats
