Fitbit extra calories
I know this has been asked before and I did look at those threads but I'm still a bit confused. Are Fitbit extra calories pretty accurate? I've walked around 7,500 steps today so far and I've gotten 75 extra calories back. I average from 4,000-13,000 steps a day depending if I work (walk more on work days- 3 days a week)…
