Spaghetti squash

I eat spaghetti squash fairly often but I'm having a hard time determining the calories in a serving. I feel like MFP is all over the place and when I google it I'm not coming up with anything consistent. Could someone help me out here? (I weigh my food and I understand no one will be able to give me an exact calorie amount, I'm just looking for a ballpark number of standard serving size)

Add usda to your search term - all the ones I am finding are 31 calories for 100 grams (raw)2

Difficult to weigh a serving raw. This says 27 cal per 100g cooked. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2655/2
ETA: this database agrees with 31 cal per 100g raw1
