I've recently discovered fitness blender videos and I'm obsessed to say the least! However, how do you go about logging the workouts you've completed? I'm curious to see who else uses these videos and how they log their workouts into MFP!

I'm obsessed as well. I do them all the time. Don't most of the videos have a calorie counter on the right-hand side of the video? I just checked some of them...some of them don't, some of them do. The ones I do led by Kelly normally have them at the bottom on the right. Like the one last night gave a calorie range at the very ending of the video of 311-550. I assume this is the number of calories the average person would burn doing the workout. I normally just pick a number in the middle of that range, depending on how much intensity I've put into the workout. Some time ago I went into the Exercise option of MPF and click on My Exercises and added a new exercise called Fitness Blender. I set it to 30 minutes and the calories burned as 300. So, when I want to log a Fitness Blender session, I just adjust the time until I get to the right calories I've burned and add that.

    I hope that makes sense!

Omg yes thank you! I knew the calories I was burning (well an estimate based off what the calorie log on the videos were saying) I just wasn't sure how to input that into MFP! I didn't realize you could add your own exercises into MFP. Thank you so much!
