I'm having an operation and want to gain weight as I'm under weight and get my body stronger and prepared for this procedure. Can Anyone offer advice ?

Problems with taste function at times
Ok so we all like to enjoy food. I am trying to enjoy food but have difficulty picking up taste at times. I've had blood tests and Drs have said all is ok in that respect. Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening? I'm so fed up? Could it be low blood sugar? Doing too much activity? Being underweight?

ok, so how much cereal should I eat and milk? My serve sizes are up in the air? I usually add fruit too on top. Is toadt&butter with marmalade and fruit an acceptable alternative? I don't like eating a big breakfast?

ive found my spence of taste is a bit impaired first thing in the morning and sometimes when I'm having my morning coffee or cappuccino at 11am. Has anyone experienced this and gas anyone got a possible solution?

as in earlier post, I'm mildly dehydrated 135 instead of 145 in blood. Someone recommended the homeopathic remedy Natrum Muriaticum. Anyone had this and does it work?
