Hi all! I'm 37 from Scotland. I'm the original "skinny Minnie" and trying to gain some weight. I lost weight through stress but finding it hard to gain again. I am so not a morning person and eating more earlier on in the day doesn't work, it seems, and I am going round in circles about what to increase or eat. It's such a minefield! I love my food but it is starting to annoy me that I can't make any headway. I'd love to get advice from anyone who thinks they can help or swap ideas with.
