The 100 days of freaky fitness challenge
Okay, enough is enough. I have been going up and down by 5 to 10 or 15 pounds for 2 years now. I last a week and a half to 3 weeks on a diet and then blow it. Here is my 100 day challenge. 1. 30 day plank challenge. Day 2
Did day two of the 30 day plank challenge. 3 30 second plank. 30 seconds in between. Wasn't that hard really. Looking forward to having an iron core in 30 days

Day 12 of 30 Day plank challenge
Whoo! Day 12 down! 4 x 40 second planks with a 40 second rest followed by 3 x 35 second side planks with a 35 second rest.

Day 10 of 30 Day plank challenge
Whew! 6 35 second planks with a 35 second rest in between! Getting tougher but still not crippling so.

Day 8 of 30 Day plank challenge
Day 8 down. While the intensity really ratchets up this week. Did 5 planks at 35 seconds each with a 35 second rest in between. Not looking forward to adding in planks and side planks on the same day shortly. Still I will be able to bounce bullets off my abs by the end of month so I guess it will be worth it.

Day 7 of 30 Day plank challenge
Day 7 is test day. I increased my plank time from 1 minute 18 seconds to 1 minute 46 seconds!

Day 5 of 30 Day plank challenge
Day 5 down! Side planks on both sides. 30 seconds per plank. 3 sets. Next is a rest day and then I measure to see if I can go beyond one minute and 18 seconds for a plank.

Day 4 of 30 Day plank challenge
Well I thought I missed a day but it turned out that day 3 was a rest day. Day 4 down. I did for 30 second planks with a 30 second rest between. Not too difficult actually. I guess all that Hockey I've been playing since January has paid off.

Day 1 of the 30 Day plank challenge
Ok. I greatly overestimated how strong my core is. I thought I could do a plank for a minute and a half for sure and maybe even two minutes. I made it to a minute and 18 seconds. Day 1 down. I start the actual core training tomorrow.
