The 100 days of freaky fitness challenge

Okay, enough is enough. I have been going up and down by 5 to 10 or 15 pounds for 2 years now. I last a week and a half to 3 weeks on a diet and then blow it.
Here is my 100 day challenge.
1. Don't drink for 100 days.
2. Maintain diet for 100 days.
3. Exercise 4 to 5 times a week for 100 days. There will be heavy workout days and light workout days. I will actually make a schedule of my workout days months in advance. I figure if I'm scheduled to go to work I show up. If I'm scheduled to work out I will show up.
4. Blog about my progress once or twice a week.
5. Take it one day at a time one hour at a time whatever it takes to get through each day and stick to my diet.
6. If all goes well and I stick to my diet hopefully I will lose about 25 to 30 pounds.
