How much calories does everyone count for raw chicken breast. Ive been using the MFP which is 100 grams for 110 calories but there are soo much various entries! Help please!

Im really confused on using the recipe builder for rice!! I want to make brown vegetable rice. Everyone says to enter the weight/calories of the rice when raw into the recipe builder. Using Recipe Builder
I want to input a brown rice recipe into the builder. Will it be okay to input the uncooked weight and calories of the rice e.g. 100 grams - 342 calories? I wont able to weigh the rice once its cooked because i will be adding veggies etc
