Bicyclists?!
Has anyone tried bicycle resistance trainers? My husband says that it wont offer as much resistance as bicycling itself, and that they're a waste of money. I really want one because it's winter here and I can't bike!

Raw Vegan Diet
I'd like to know more about this, is it healthy? I mean fruit and veg. Are major keystones in a healthy diet. But I don't understand how you can have a well rounded diet being a raw vegan. I'd like to hear from you guys, pros, cons etc.

Is this normal?
I lost 8lbs in the beginning, then when I started walking my dog everyday for 20min I gained 3lbs back. I've been staying within my calorie limit of 1200. I only weigh myself once a week on sunday morning. Is this water weight? It's a little disheartening.
