Hi all! I've been on MFP for about 2 weeks now, and I feel I should probably introduce myself.
I'm 22 years old, I'm a Senior Library Clerk which is a very sedentary job. I started at 170 lbs, as of 1/22 I am at 161 lbs, I'm looking to get down to about 120 or less. I am moderately active at the moment because of the snow. I take my pup for a 30-40 min walk daily. In the summer I usually bike about 3 miles twice a week. I try to eat healthy, I'm mainly on here to improve my health and self confidence. Thanks!
