Fitbit/activity trackers what do you use?
There are so many, what do you use? I mainly want to track my miles. I used my phone with run keeper app but now that my runs are reaching the 15 mile range, it kills my battery on my phone. There are so many...how do I figure out which one is thr best?

first half marathon
So my first half is in one month....I have looked at several different training plans and they all look so different. Currently I run a total of 25-30 miles a week, with my longest run being around 5 miles. Due to time it's very differecult to run over an hour to prepare...how far should I be making my once a week long run?

Run keeper upgrade?
I always use run keeper and love it for the most part. Has anyone upgraded to premium? I was thinking of doing it for the training plans....has anyone else tries it?

bruised bone?

how important is stretching really?
I hear tons of pros and I know the reasons for stretching but what works for you? I do moving stretching before a workout and then stretching after. In addition yoga at least twice a week. protien in coffee?
What kind of protien would you suggest adding to hot coffee? I typically drink it black but I thought I could get an extra protien. Also, it ok to add to hot drinks without breaking down any of the nutrition? Yeah stupid question but I know some things lose nutritional value when heated.

How do you keep track of calories burned? When I run I use a ap that keeps track of my distance and speed and gives me an estimate of calories burned. But how do you figure out other exercises...heart rate monitor?

trying to be a fit mommy!
I have 2 kids under 2...my newest is 2 months. Even with being a stay at home mom getting a workout in during the day is not easy! Invested in a double jogging stroller and been running a few miles at least 3 times a week for a month now...today ran 5 miles! Any other fit moms out there?
